The Cost Controller supports the successful delivery of ongoing projects in Indonesia by monitoring costs, supporting budget control, and helping the efficient project execution
Main responsibilities: (including but not limited to)
Budget management: Develop and maintain detailed cost control plans, set up cost breakdown structures, and allocate budgets/resources
Cost analysis: Collect and analyze financial data, track variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities
Forecasting: Prepare accurate financial forecasts and update them regularly to reflect project progress
Reporting: Generate internal cost reports, reconcile project costs with accounting records, and present findings to management
Compliance: Review subcontractor invoices, validate change orders, and ensure adherence to financial regulations
Risk management: Perform cost risk analysis, define contingency reserves, and contribute to project risk assessments.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth cost control processes
Qualification: (minimum)
Experience, skills, and knowledge:
Minimum 3-5 years in cost control.
