We are looking for a highly experienced Cost Accounting Director to lead the cost accounting function of a global manufacturing organization.

𝐊𝐄𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒

• Lead strategic cost accounting initiatives, process improvements, automation, and analytics
• Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, standard costing, and overhead absorption
• Manage inventory, fixed assets, cost variances, and month-end close activities
• Analyze manufacturing variances, PPV, assembly yield, job lot, cycle time, and other cost trends
• Develop COGS projections and provide financial insights to support profitability and margin optimization
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX, and internal controls
• Support ERP upgrades, system transformation, and other strategic finance projects
• Lead, mentor, and develop cost accounting leaders and team members

𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy

✔️ CPA is an advantage

✔️ 12+ years of relevant Cost Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment

✔️ 5+ years of managerial experience

✔️ Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting, inventory, standard costing, and variance analysis

✔️ Experience with ERP systems, system implementation, and process improvement

✔️ Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills
