Job Description

Our client is a Trading and Manufacturing Company.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely cost accounting information
• Monitor cost on upgrade and deployment of ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) System
• Work closely with other functional departments to mainly smooth operations of the ERP system
• Analyze margins each month end and adjust cost records/update standards
• Set standard costs for inventoried parts
• Prepare monthly journal vouchers, month-end analysis and account reconciliations
• Create a monthly forecast and budget analysis
• Complete special projects as required, such as ad-hoc reports for senior management and general accounting support

Requirements:

• Post-secondary or above, with LCCI Level 2 or equivalent, preferably University degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in accounting field, with 3 years working in cost accounting
• Candidates with experience working with ERP system are more favourable
• Attentive to details, well organized with excellent analytical ability
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pro-active and with strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Familiar with PC knowledge including Excel and Peachtree.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
