What You'll Do

As a Hair Stylist / Blowout Specialist, you will:

• Provide professional blowouts and hair styling services with consistency and attention to detail
• Create a welcoming, fun, and elevated experience for every guest
• Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results in a busy salon
• Learn and follow our signature blowout techniques and service standards
• Collaborate with your team to create a positive and successful salon environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation

What We're Looking For

• Active Cosmetology License required
• Passion for hair, beauty, and providing exceptional customer service
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Reliable, professional, and motivated

Compensation

$12–$25+/hour + commission + tips

Top performers can earn $30+/hour.
