At Drybar, we don’t just hire stylists — we help develop exceptional stylists through hands-on training, continuing education, and daily coaching.

We’re Looking For Stylists Who:

• Passionate about learning and perfecting styling & finishing techniques
• Provide exceptional client experiences
• Thrive in a team environment
• Bring positive energy and professionalism

A current Virginia cosmetology license is strongly preferred.

✨ Cosmetology students with 1,300+ hours are encouraged to apply!

High-volume shop with established clientele, strong weekend demand, and excellent opportunities to build your books and maximize earnings.
