Key Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional blowouts and styling services with consistency, skill, and attention to detail • Provide a luxury-level guest experience by being warm, professional, and attentive to each client’s needs • Recommend products and services that enhance the guest experience and support salon goals • Maintain a strong knowledge of Drybar standards, techniques, and service expectations • Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to contribute positively to the team environment • Support overall salon operations by helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace at all times • Assist with daily salon cleanliness, including styling stations, shampoo areas, tools, and shared spaces • Work collaboratively with front desk and team members to ensure smooth salon flow and elevated service standards • Uphold all sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols
Qualifications: • Active cosmetology license required in the state of Louisiana • Strong blowout and styling skills with a passion for delivering beautiful results • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mentality • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy salon environment • Commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and maintaining brand standards
