We’re currently looking for licensed cosmetologists (or students about to be licensed) who want to join a team that feels more like family. We’re a very busy, fully booked salon with an amazing client base, and we’re looking for stylists who are confident, passionate, and ready to build or grow their clientele with us.

What You'll Do:

As a Drybar Stylist, you’ll deliver blowouts, curls, waves, braids, and updos from our signature Look Book, tailored to each guest. You’ll help people feel beautiful—and have fun doing it.We want people who bring great energy, team spirit, and a strong work ethic. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned pro, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

• A current and valid CA cosmetology license (or a student close to graduating!)

• Solid blow-drying and finishing skills—or a willingness to learn

• A positive, friendly attitude

Responsibilities

As a stylist at Drybar Montecito, you’ll do more than just great hair—you’ll help create an exceptional client experience from start to finish. This includes:

• Greeting and welcoming each guest with warmth and professionalism

• Providing outstanding customer service throughout their visit

• Delivering consistent, high-quality blowouts and styling services

• Recommending and selling hair care products that suit each client’s needs

• Keeping the salon clean, organized, and stocked

• Managing your time effectively to keep the day running smoothly

We work as a team, support each other, and make every effort to ensure clients walk out feeling confident and cared for.

Qualifications

• You’re organized and keep things running smoothly—even on busy days

• You’ve got great customer service skills—retail or hospitality experience is a plus

• Bilingual? Awesome! Not required, but always a plus
