Responsibilities:
• Manage and ensure safety, quality and productivity of our corrugator staff
• Recognize good performance and acknowledge employees
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed, which includes administering corrective discipline.
• Record absenteeism and attendance.
• Delegate employees to tasks when needed, and assist in scheduling personnel on overtime.
• Respond, record, and investigate accidents and administer first aid.
• Ensure production floor feedback is accurately recorded in Kiwi system.
• Supply tooling and resources to employees and machines.
• Communicate interdepartmentally to make accurate decisions of customer orders, maintenance on machines, and employee training.
• Use computer to enter customer orders in machine line-up, check inventory, employee scanning in and out of work, and corrugator schedule lineup.
• Participate and facilitate communication meetings with employees pertaining to safety, toolbox discussions, daily production walks, preventative maintenance meetings and monthly Crew Leader meetings.
• Write up, and/or approve maintenance work orders.
• Participates in continuous improvement and effectively communicate opportunities to improve efficiencies and effectiveness for this position.
• Provides direction and leadership to employees in all departments as needed.

Compensation:
Salary is negotiable based on education and experience.
Schedule:
Rotating 1st and 2nd shift (6a-2p, 2p-10p), possibility for straight 1st shift based on experience
Partner Responsibility when other Corrugator Supervisors are on Vacation

Required Skills:
Prior Corrugator Supervisory and Management experience
Proficiency in Excel, including but not limited to:
◦ Pivot Tables
◦ VLOOKUP’s
◦ Equations and Conditional Calculations
◦ Creating and maintaining automated reports
