Job Description

Audubon is currently seeking a Corrosion Quality and Reporting Specialist to join our team in our Tulsa, OK Office. The Corrosion Quality and Reporting Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day Close Interval Survey, DCVG, ACVG data quality and technical report writing for pipeline integrity and corrosion field service activities in accordance with Audubon Companies and Client specifications and/or procedures. These responsibilities will be carried out remotely. Must have NACE Cathodic Protection Tester (CP1) or Cathodic Protection Technician (CP2) certification.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must be able to interpret and apply all applicable procedures associated with quality data collecting per client and Audubon Standards.
  • Review all daily data and daily reports from the field for accuracy and validity for multiple projects.
  • Ensure field work and data submissions meet client specifications and communicate such specifications to supervision and field personnel.
  • Provide clients with daily field and data reports on assigned corrosion projects/jobs for accuracy and validity.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of standard work practices/processes and employee training programs to ensure quality services and work products.
  • Provide written reports, including data analysis, recommendations for mitigation and additional testing.
  • Ensure that all data was completed per Audubon or client specific processes/procedures.
  • Track all assigned projects reporting to ensure that all data is completed and meets specified delivery timelines.
  • Maintain all record retention for corrosion projects/jobs per Audubon guidelines.
  • Communicate with clients for weekly and post-job requests as required.
  • Must be able to complete computerized reports, research procedural requirements, file paperwork, and fill out required reports.
  • Champion quality control functions, as assigned.
  • Follow and adhere to all Audubon and Client safety rules and regulations.
  • Adhere to Audubon Core Values.
  • All other assigned duties.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Required: NACE Cathodic Protection Tester (CP1) or Cathodic Protection Technician (CP2) certification.
  • Complete all required Company safety and job-related training and demonstrated proficiency of the methods, procedures, and tools used to accomplish the task being performed.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments with short notice.
  • Determine needed materials and manpower per client scope of work and assist management with the creation of estimates and proposals.
  • Stay current with industry standards and advancements in corrosion technology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Close Interval Survey, DCVG, ACVG, Data Logger, and PCM Equipment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Survey Manager PCS
  • Proven ability to prioritize and complete work assignments by specific deadlines.
  • Proven ability to communicate with customers, supervision, and co-workers.
  • Proven ability to follow precise directions and procedures as directed by supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of pipeline integrity operations and maintenance processes.
  • Up to 10% travel.
  • Reliable transportation.
