MISSION STATEMENT:

Under the direction of the corps officer(s), the church program assistant will assume a variety of responsibilities geared towards providing relevant and meaningful programs and activities for children, youth and adults in the church. This position will reflect a significant emphasis on program and relational ministry which will include program planning and anticipated outcomes.
This position is outcome based, meaning that over an agreed period of time, memorable and visible results of increased youth and young adult attendance and involvement will be expected. This will include recruiting and getting people from the community connected with the church ministry programs. This can only be accomplished with & through the support of church and local officers sharing the vision of ministry.

Must have the ability to operate telephone, a desktop or laptop computer, as well as the ability to access and produce information from a computer, and to understand written information.
