Compensation:
$41,000 - $45,000, plus monthly performance bonus opportunities.
The CorporateOffice Administrator focuses on workplace operations, culture, and daily staff support. This position is responsible for managing office operations, meetings, event coordination, and executive support while helping ensure the efficient operation of the Support Center.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual takes initiative without being asked, asks thoughtful questions to ensure accuracy, and works collaboratively across departments while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Manage and purchase all office supplies, breakroom items, beverages, and employee snacks to keep the office fully stocked.
- Prepare meeting rooms by ensuring supplies, technology, and presentation materials are available and functioning properly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment, and filing systems
- Plan and coordinate biweekly Support Center lunches, including meal orders, vendor coordination, room preparation, and logistics
- Support executive meetings, leadership meetings, company events, training sessions, and special projects, including setup, materials, technology, and cleanup.
- Prepare agendas and meeting materials for executive meetings
- Assist in arranging executive travel and occasional transportation for individuals to airport and other business locations, as needed.
- Collaborate with departments across the organization to ensure projects, meetings, and executive priorities are completed efficiently.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with employees, vendors, clients, and business partners.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Team or Executive Leadership Team.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Core Competencies
- Two (2) plus years of experience supporting executive leadership in an administrative or executive support role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Maintains confidentiality, exercises sound judgment, and handles sensitive information professionally.
- Takes initiative, solves problems, asks thoughtful questions, and follows through with minimal supervision.
- Collaborates effectively with leaders and teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must be willing and able to travel locally as needed to support business operations.
- Ability to lift and carry office supplies, meeting materials, and other items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- May occasionally be required to work beyond regularly scheduled hours, including more than 40 hours per week, based on business needs, executive priorities, meetings, or company events.
- Regular and reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this position.
