Our client, a well-established boutique firm, is seeking an entrepreneurial lawyer with 4 to 8 years of experience with corporate/commercial matters to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients on a broad range of corporate M&A, commercial, and related financing matters. The successful candidate will be involved in transactions from the earliest planning stages through to closing, acting as a strategic partner to clients as they launch businesses, expand operations, secure financing, restructure assets, and plan for succession. Experience advising entrepreneurs, privately held businesses, and developers is an asset.
