As a Manager within our Corporate Valuations Advisory (CVA) team, you’ll play a vital role in uncovering and creating value through comprehensive valuations and strategic advice. You’ll be working with clients across diverse sectors including ASX-listed organisations, not-for-profits, and private enterprises.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver business valuations, share valuations, and financial instrument valuations for a wide range of clients.

  • Provide valuation advice for financial reporting and tax-related purposes including purchase price allocations, fair value reporting, impairment testing, and employee share schemes.

  • Support transaction processes with deal value assessments, cost of capital analysis, and capital management advice.

  • Prepare Independent Expert Reports and Fairness Opinions for shareholders regarding proposed transactions.

  • Conduct portfolio business reviews to enhance business performance and investment analysis.

  • Coach and develop junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

What we’re looking for:

  • Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA, FINSIA, MBA, Masters in Finance or Applied Finance.

  • Experience in business valuations across multiple industries.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

  • Commercial insight and strategic thinking to advise clients confidently.
