Job Description

  • Define and validate user or business needs through research and analytics
  • Translate insights into design artefacts. Wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
  • Design seamless multi-device experiences for mobile and desktop, integrating micro-interactions and motion.
  • Analyze and interpret data (quantitative + qualitative) to translate user behavior, metrics, and heatmaps into actionable design improvements.
  • Maintain a scalable design system, ensuring consistency.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity, CMS alignment, and continuous iteration.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools and analytics to enhance productivity and design quality.
  • Ensure design deliverables are complete, well-documented, and ready for cross-departmental handoff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong grasp of design systems and components.
  • Being able to use AI tools to enhance design workflow is a strong point.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Suite, and motion/prototyping tools.
  • Capable of analyzing UX data and turning insights into design improvements.
  • Excellent organization, collaboration, and time management.
  • Detail-oriented with a pixel-perfect mindset.
  • Strong critical thinking and updated on the latest design trends.
  • Bachelor's in Design or related field, with 3-5 years of UI/UX experience.
  • Have a strong UI/UX portfolio
