We are seeking experienced corporate treasury professionals to contribute to a high-quality library of real-world treasury work products. You will complete self-contained treasury exercises using realistic mock materials such as bank statements, exposure schedules, credit agreements, and working capital data, and produce professional deliverables evaluated against defined quality standards.
This opportunity is designed for professionals with hands-on experience managing corporate liquidity, cash forecasting, foreign exchange exposure, hedging, banking relationships, and treasury risk.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Build rolling 13-week direct cash flow forecasts, including receipts, disbursements, liquidity requirements, and variance analysis.
- Identify, quantify, and net foreign exchange exposures across currencies and assess appropriate hedging strategies.
- Analyze fixed- and floating-rate interest exposure and recommend hedging approaches consistent with corporate treasury policies.
- Prepare hedge designation documentation and perform periodic hedge effectiveness testing.
- Analyze working capital metrics, including:
- DSO
- DPO
- DIO
- Cash conversion cycle
- Evaluate bank fees against services received and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Analyze trapped cash, repatriation alternatives, and cross-border liquidity considerations.
- Forecast leverage, liquidity, and covenant headroom under different scenarios.
- Draft, review, or update treasury policies covering liquidity management, FX risk, counterparties, investments, and related controls.
- Translate financial and operational data into clear treasury recommendations and decision-ready deliverables.
Ideal Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in a corporate treasury role within an operating company.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
- Cash and liquidity management
- Cash forecasting
- FX exposure management
- Hedging
- Bank relationship management
- Debt and covenant management
- Treasury risk management
- Strong understanding of corporate treasury processes, controls, policies, and risk management.
- Ability to independently analyze financial information and produce accurate, practical recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with structured datasets, financial models, and treasury documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Treasury Professional ( CTP) certification.
- ACT, AMCT, or MCT qualification.
- Experience working with treasury management systems (TMS).
- Experience managing multi-currency operations, international liquidity, or complex banking structures.
- Familiarity with hedge accounting and treasury policy frameworks.
Assessment
Selected candidates may be asked to complete exercises such as:
- Build a 13-week cash forecast using mock bank and receivables data.
- Analyze FX exposures, perform exposure netting, and recommend an appropriate hedge strategy.
- Prepare a covenant and leverage forecast showing available headroom under different scenarios.
Important Role Focus
This opportunity is focused specifically on corporate treasury within operating companies Experience limited to bank asset-liability management, funds transfer pricing, or regulatory liquidity reporting is outside the scope of this role.
