What You Will Do
- Lead complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative legal strategies that align with client objectives.
- Negotiate and draft high-stakes agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments to identify potential legal issues and provide actionable solutions.
- Mentor junior attorneys and support staff, promoting a culture of learning and professional development within the firm.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed legal counsel to clients.

- 8+ years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on transactions and advisory work.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex corporate transactions from inception to completion.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience drafting various legal documents related to corporate transactions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.

Compensation and Benefits
