Corporate Transactions Paralegal (Part-Time)

Remote - 24 Days Over 4–5 Months

Accuflex is supporting a private investment organisation in the appointment of a Corporate Transactions Paralegal to support a large-scale corporate asset transfer project.

Working closely with an experienced General Counsel, you will play a key role in the transfer of a significant portfolio of corporate assets, primarily company shareholdings. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate paralegal with a background in corporate transactions and experience using Wordsmith or a similar Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting a large-scale corporate asset transfer project.
• Managing legal workflows using Wordsmith and Microsoft 365.
• Preparing, reviewing and organising corporate documentation.
• Maintaining transaction trackers and electronic legal records.
• Reviewing pre-populated documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinating document execution, including arranging signatures and monitoring progress.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders, external advisers and third parties.
• Managing multiple workstreams while ensuring documentation is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Supporting the General Counsel throughout the lifecycle of the project.

About You

Essential

• Previous experience supporting corporate transactions within a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Experience using Wordsmith or a comparable Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or legal technology platform.
• Experience drafting, reviewing or managing corporate or commercial legal documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a structured, process-driven environment.

Desirable

• Experience supporting share transfers, corporate restructurings or other corporate asset transfer projects.
• Experience within an in-house legal team.
• Experience of legal operations or process improvement.

The Opportunity

• Fully remote.
• 24 days over approximately 4–5 months.
• Flexible working pattern across Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday.
• Start by 1 September 2026.
• Opportunity to work closely with an experienced General Counsel on a significant corporate asset transfer project.

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and have access to suitable computer equipment capable of running Microsoft 365, Wordsmith and video conferencing software.
