Position Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable professional to manage
corporate training programs, lead new employees onboarding, and provide fill-in
support as needed. This role is essential to ensuring employees are properly
trained, fully integrated into the organization, and that operations continue
seamlessly in the absence of designated staff.

Key Responsibilities:


Corporate Training


  • Develop, implement, and
    facilitate corporate training programs that align with company goals and
    standards.

  • Maintain and update
    training materials, presentations, and resources to ensure accuracy and
    relevance.

  • Assess training
    effectiveness through evaluations and feedback, recommending improvements
    as needed.

  • Support leadership in
    identifying skills gaps and designing targeted development initiatives.

New Employee Onboarding

  • Coordinate and execute
    the onboarding process for all new hires.

  • Guide employees through
    required documentation, compliance training, and company policies.

  • Provide orientation
    sessions to introduce company culture, values, and expectations.

  • Partner with managers to
    ensure new hires are set up for long-term success.

Fill-In Support


  • Provide coverage across
    departments during staff absences.

  • Quickly adapt to
    different roles and responsibilities while maintaining service and
    performance standards.

  • Serve as a reliable
    resource to ensure continuity of operations.

Full-Time Mon-Fri

Salary: Up to $85K DOE
