The Role

The Corporate Training Coordinator provides critical administrative and operational support for enterprise-wide training initiatives. This position serves as the primary Ariba resource for technical training, coordinating procurement, accounts payable, vendors, finance, and training stakeholders to ensure training activities are planned, funded, scheduled, and executed effectively. The role is responsible for proactive vendor management and compliance, maintaining the master technical training vendor record, coordinating training schedules and Outlook calendars, and managing the procurement and payment processes associated with technical training.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary Ariba liaison for enterprise training, providing guidance and support to Procurement, Accounts Payable (AP), and other key stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant procurement processes.
• Proactively manage technical training vendor setup, renewals, and compliance requirements to ensure vendors remain active, properly established, and aligned with enterprise procurement standards.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the Master Technical Training Vendor Record, keeping vendor information current, complete, and aligned with enterprise requirements and training needs.
• Coordinate and maintain the scheduling of enterprise technical training, including Outlook calendar management, participant coordination, and logistical facilitation to ensure training is effectively planned and delivered.
• Manage Rapid Spend Assessments (RSAs), requisitions, and the pre-planning and processing of purchase orders and receipts, proactively addressing AP holds to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial processing for enterprise technical training.
• Partner with the Senior Grant Manager to identify, coordinate, and support strategic funding opportunities that enhance and expand enterprise technical training initiatives.
• Partner with Site Directors and Finance Analysts to develop, coordinate, and monitor annual enterprise technical training plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with business priorities, training needs, and financial objectives.
• Perform additional responsibilities and/or support special projects as assigned to support organizational priorities and the successful execution of enterprise training initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• BS/BA Degree in Training and Development, Education, Business Administration or Organizational Development strongly preferred. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
• Demonstrated extensive experience in administrative coordination, task management, and operational support, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex activities, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience managing time-sensitive processes, documentation, scheduling, financial transactions, and cross-functional communications is strongly preferred.
• The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs, follow through on commitments, and effectively coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and locations.
