Your day-to-day could include:

  • Leverage GenAI, digital tools, PwCmethodologiesand quality frameworks to improveefficiency,consistencyand client outcomes

  • Coach, delegate to and support junior team members across advisory and compliance work

  • Manage and develop excellent client relationships,acting as a trusted advisor driving sustainable growth

  • Identifyand pursue value-add opportunities through business development, client relationshipmanagementand portfolio growth

  • Provide practical, well-researched and technically robust advice on complex tax matters, including acquisitions, divestments, tax reviews, corporate taxissuesand other advisory assignments

  • Lead the delivery of tax advisory andcompliance engagements,ranging in complexitywith support from Tax Partners

  • Build your skills for the future and developin a way that is meaningful for you while working withglobal clients across multiple industries

  • Significant, proven tax experience (over 4 years) in a professional environment, handling complex tax advisory projects

  • Strong understanding of tax legislation and revenue authority practices, gained in New Zealand or a comparablejurisdictionwith similar tax principles

  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams or complex projects

  • Experience in business development and client relationship management at a strategic level

  • International experience when paired with New Zealand tax experience would beadvantageous
