Position Summary

The Corporate Talent Advisor partners with corporate leaders to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the company to deliver the best talent. This role nurtures relationships with prospective talent and manages on-going hiring manager relationships. The Corporate Talent Advisor epitomizes the definition of a headhunter.

Responsibilities

  • Create unique and robust search strategies to identify and attract top talent
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates, including direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging industry connections
  • As a partner to the hiring manager in the search process, develop an expert understanding of the requirements and target relevant companies
  • Research and source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS, and other resources
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of requisition status, candidate activity, interview feedback, and hiring decisions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Proactively monitor and evaluate the candidate pool and recalibrate strategy, as needed
  • Recruit, screen, and recommend placement of candidates
  • Manage candidate pipelines for all assigned searches within the ATS (iCIMS)
  • Participate in highly confidential searches with senior leadership
  • Manage candidate expectations, provide timely feedback, and ensure that candidates have a positive recruiting experience, regardless of the outcome

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field. Experience may substitute for education
  • Three years experience in corporate full cycle recruiting
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HRIS systems; knowledge in iCIMS a plus
  • Skilled in conducting research and candidate sourcing using Linkedin Recruiter and CRM/Applicant Tracking Systems and their usage
  • Knowledge of recruiting best-practices and talent acquisition methodologies
  • Skilled in developing and applying a sourcing strategy approach for hard to fill roles, which results in a diverse slate
  • Skilled partnering with managers and executives through the recruitment process
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Skilled in in MS Office applications to support recruiting functions
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Physical Requirements

  • May be required to sit for extended periods of time
  • May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
  • Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
  • Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
  • Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer

Work Environment

  • This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices three or four days per week based on managers’ discretion
  • The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions
