Above and Beyond ABA Therapy is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the hiring of key non-clinical and leadership positions across our growing organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to attract, engage, and hire top talent across departments including Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Credentialing, Intake, Revenue Cycle Management, Physician Partnerships, Clinic Administration, and other corporate functions.

We provide Applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy services to bring about meaningful and positive change to those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our dedicated team will take a multi-step approach built on documented and field-tested research to assist children in overcoming challenging behaviors associated with communication, social skills and academics. Our team of highly skilled therapists are dedicated and passionate about their work and take great pride in seeing each and every child succeed. Our goal is to make a difference for these families and help these children grow each day. We provide ABA therapy services for children ages 1-21 in the comfort of their home, or community setting as well as school-based support.
