Job Description

Complete detailed planning of facilities with Contractor and Coordinate database updates of Corporate Suite requirements

Responsibilities:

• Documentation during the build-up, operational & Dismantling phases for the Corporate Suites.

• Undertake inspections of Corporate Suites and associated Facilities.

• Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and schematics.

• Have an eye for detail; accuracy and attention to detail in all work and show initiative in developing new ideas.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capacity to deal professionally and confidently with a diverse range of people (Project team/Client/Contractors etc.,) at all levels.

About you

• College of Engineering

• Ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English is mandatory

• Ability to speak Mandarin or another Asian language would be a bonus but not a requirement
