Hiring Position: Corporate Strategy Manager / Senior Manager

Working Condition: Hydride

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Lead business group directions, and provide short and long-term corporate strategic plans which identifies key business priorities
• Set financial and operational targets and translate plans to implementable blueprint for each business unit within the group
• Collaborate effectively with head of business units and stakeholders in the development and execution of strategic plans
• Develop corporate/ business KPI framework, monitor and evaluate business unit strategies and execution to achieve company's goals
• Research and analyze internal & external information (trends, industry and competitors) for relevant business insights and developing strategies

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in Business, Economics or Marketing (or equivalent), Master degree is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in corporate/ business strategy & planning role
• Excellent research skills with experience in market and company analysis
• Written, oral and presentation skills necessary to successfully influence senior executives
• Strategic and analytical approach; structured thinker
• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting
