The Manager, Corporate Strategy, plays a key role in shaping the future growth of PTx, AGCO's technology and precision agriculture brand. The role combines strategic planning, project management, business performance reporting, and executive decision support to drive high-priority initiatives across the organization. Working closely with senior leadership, this individual will lead strategic analyses, coordinate cross-functional programs, develop executive and board-level presentations, and help translate strategy into execution and measurable business outcomes.
Madrid & Marktoberdorf: This role follows AGCO’s on-site work model, with employees primarily working from an AGCO location for a minimum of 4 days per week to support collaboration and teamwork.
