Your daily pitch

Step into Tipico’s Corporate Strategy Team and dive straight into corporate decision-making! As a Corporate Strategy Intern (m/f/x), you’ll support the team in evaluating strategic initiatives, drive analytical projects, and work on market analysis and strategic execution across our core business areas.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, gain hands-on experience in M&A, product innovation, and operational improvements, and learn how strategic decisions shape a fast-paced international business. Curious, motivated, and ready to make an impact? This is where your journey begins.

Your playing field

• Conduct market research to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
• Build analytical models and deliver actionable insights to evaluate growth opportunities and new initiatives.
• Develop strategy presentations and materials, supporting management in decisions on product strategy, partnerships, and operational improvements.
• Manage project tasks, including workshop preparation, documentation of insights, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product and technology, finance, marketing, and operations—to drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Student Status. You are currently in an advanced stage of your studies and available for an internship of three months.
• Availability. You can work full time and you’re able to relocate/work in Malta on‑site
• Experience. Prior internship experience, preferably in consulting, corporate strategy, or finance.
• Interest. Strong interest in strategy, business growth, and dynamic industries.
• Languages.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language. Our team consists of more than 50 different nationalities working together to achieve Tipico's mission. English is the way we communicate within the company.
  • German knowledge is a plus. As the #1 in Germany, German is in our DNA. Professional language skills are desirable, as well in the communication with partners as with candidates and your team.
