- Support the administrative process for onboarding new financial partners, including KYC and documentation preparation.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for potential and ongoing financing partnerships (follow-ups, tracking, data gathering, and file management).- Coordinate and maintain communication between internal teams and external financial partners.- Ensure all financing activities meet internal and external compliance requirements.- Assist in reviewing current administrative workflows to identify automation opportunities.- Support the development and execution of automation and process-improvement initiatives.- Prepare documents, reports, and templates needed for automation readiness and operational standardization.
Requirements- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.- Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.- Preferably has prior internship or project experience in finance or related fields.- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain structure in high-volume administrative workflows.- Interest in automation, workflow redesign, or process optimization is a strong advantage.
- Student or fresh graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.
