Your Job

As a Strategy Associate, you will partner closely with business leaders in Molex's Aerospace & Defense Solutions division to evaluate growth opportunities, assess strategic decisions, and develop market perspectives that shape the future of the business. Through market research, business analysis, and executive-level presentations, you will help identify new products, markets, partnerships, and profit improvement opportunities while supporting the division's long-term strategic planning efforts.

Our Team

You will join Molex's Corporate Strategy team, a group that works alongside executive and business leaders to address some of the company's most important growth and investment decisions. Supporting a dynamic and growing division, you'll gain broad exposure to market strategy, business operations, product portfolio decisions, and new market development while working in a highly visible role that directly influences business outcomes.

For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000 - $120,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
