We are excited to open a BRAND NEW STORE in Wangaratta in September 2026!

Step into a leadership role where you can make your mark from the very beginning. As a Corporate Store Manager, you'll build a strong team, create a great customer experience and drive store performance every day. You'll have the freedom to lead with confidence, develop your people and shape the success of a new store, backed by industry-leading training and support.

Whatyou’llbe doing:

  • Run the store independently for large parts of your shift

  • Take ownership of day-to daystoreoperationswithsupporteddecisionmaking

  • Lead,coachand develop your store team

  • Deliver excellent customer service and store standards

  • Manage rostering, performance and key KPIs

  • Oversee store operations,stockand financial results

  • Maintain store presentation,cleanlinessand food safety standards

  • Create a safe,positiveand high-performing team culture

Whatwe’relooking for

  • Experience in fast-paced customer service leadership

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Passion for developing people,cultureand driving results

  • Ability to balance customer experience, teamleadershipand commercial performance.

  • Resilience,proactivenessand a customer-first mindset

  • Multitasking abilities without losing focus

  • You must have full time work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
