Whatyou’llbe doing:
Run the store independently for large parts of your shift
Take ownership of day-to daystoreoperationswithsupporteddecisionmaking
Lead,coachand develop your store team
Deliver excellent customer service and store standards
Manage rostering, performance and key KPIs
Oversee store operations,stockand financial results
Maintain store presentation,cleanlinessand food safety standards
Create a safe,positiveand high-performing team culture

Experience in fast-paced customer service leadership
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for developing people,cultureand driving results
Ability to balance customer experience, teamleadershipand commercial performance.

Multitasking abilities without losing focus
You must have full time work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
