Are you a solicitor with 2-6 years’ experience looking for interesting and challenging work?
We need an intermediate solicitor to join our Corporate Legal team to work predominantly in our information law practice.
As a Solicitor in the Corporate Legal group, you will be part of a specialist legal team within Inland Revenue that advises on corporate law including employment, commercial, property and public law issues (we do not deal with any tax technical matters).
This is a permanent, full-time role preferably based in Wellington but would consider Christchurch for the right candidate. We are open to considering flexible working arrangements.

About the Corporate Legal Team| Mō mātou
We provide advice and support on any general legal matter involving or affecting Inland Revenue as an organisation, employer or government department. Tax-technical work is done by a different legal team.
We deal with many types of legal matters including administrative law, civil litigation, commercial and contractual matters, employment, human rights, information law (Privacy/OIA), media law, property, statutory confidentiality obligations and general legislation.
