The Role

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our Corporate Services team to support year‑round ground maintenance, snow removal, and general property care. The ideal candidate is a strong team player who is comfortable with physical work and varying seasonal duties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform snow removal and storm cleanup as required.
• Sand and salt walkways, parking lots, and other areas to ensure safety.
• Repair lawn damage caused by winter plowing.
• Remove gravel from lawns and clear sand from parking lots and surrounding areas.
• Complete all yardwork and grounds maintenance, including:
  • Lawn mowing
  • Whipper snipping/trimming
  • Hedge and shrub trimming
• Assist with general building and grounds upkeep as needed.
• Support the Corporate Maintenance team with repairs or special projects during slower periods.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating a plow truck is an asset but not required.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive, reliable work ethic.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently when required.
