Job Description

Our client, a well-established CSP based in Malta, is currently looking for a Corporate Services Officer to join their team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be handling a portfolio of clients and will be given the opportunity to grow within this sector.

This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to €30K plus performance bonus.

Please note that only candidates already based in Malta can be considered.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, handling day-to-day requests and keeping them informed of relevant developments
• Set up new companies, and prepare and submit statutory filings
• Open and close bank accounts, liaising with banks on a regular basis
• Keep statutory company registers updated
• Liaise with lawyers, accountants, auditors, the Registry of Companies and other regulatory bodies on clients' behalf
• Collect and verify due diligence for KYC procedures, and keep it updated through ongoing monitoring
• Keep the system and database accurate and up to date
• Meet service level agreements, delivering work quickly without compromising quality

Education, Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the financial, legal, and/or corporate service sectors in Malta - non-negotiable
• Qualifications in a relevant field — a tertiary level of education is a plus
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Customer first mindset
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with clients, colleagues, and service providers
• Able to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines
• Highly organised, efficient, and able to manage own workload with minimal supervision
• Proficient in MS Office applications
