Job Description

Our client, a well-established Corporate Service Provider in Malta, is looking for a Corporate Services Officer to join their team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to continue building their career within the CSP industry, managing their own portfolio of clients while developing strong professional relationships.

This is a hybrid role offering a salary up to €30K plus performance bonus.

Please note that only candidates already based in Malta can be considered.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of clients and support ongoing corporate administration requirements

  • Coordinate company incorporations and manage statutory submissions with the MBR

  • Opening and closure of bank accounts, liaising with banks and relevant authorities

  • Work closely with legal advisors, auditors, accountants, and external stakeholders

  • Handle KYC and due diligence documentation while ensuring ongoing compliance obligations are met

  • Ensure internal systems and company records are accurate and up to date

  • Deliver services efficiently in line with agreed timelines and company standards

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication

Education, Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within corporate, legal, or financial services

  • Relevant qualifications in a related field (tertiary education preferred)

  • Professional-level fluency in English, both written and spoken

  • Strong customer-first approach with a focus on high-quality service delivery

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines

  • Highly organised with strong time management skills

  • Able to work independently

  • Proficient in MS Office

About the role
