Our client, a well-established Corporate Service Provider in Malta, is looking for a Senior Client Onboarding Executive to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the onboarding process for new clients, including company incorporations, while working closely with the compliance and corporate teams.
This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to €45K, depending on experience.
Please note that only candidates already based in Malta can be considered.
Role & Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process for new clients
Act as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding
Coordinate with internal team to collect, review, and verify KYC and AML documentation
Prepare incorporation documents for submission to the MBR
Maintain accurate onboarding records
Support the preparation of incorporation packs and related documentation
Monitor onboarding timelines to ensure efficient turnaround and service level expectations
Identify and escalate any risks or issues to the Team Manager
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and AML frameworks
Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers
Hand over successfully onboarded clients to the internal team
Education, Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in corporate services, legal, compliance, or financial services – in an onboarding or client acceptance role
Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements in Malta
Fluency in English at a C2/Native level both written and spoken
Familiarity with company incorporations and MBR procedures
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
About the Role
Salary of up to €45K depending on experience and seniority
Hybrid with flexible hours – on Fridays the office closes at 14:00
