Corporate Services Coordinator | Project & Operations

Location: Remote (EST or CST) | Travel: Occasional (up to 25%)

National Spine & Pain Centers is seeking a highly organized and motivated Corporate Services Coordinator to support enterprise-wide operations across facilities, procurement, business licensing, and strategic projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to build a broad foundation in corporate operations.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and support enterprise projects and strategic initiatives
• Track project timelines, documentation, and action items
• Assist with executive reports, presentations, and dashboards
• Support facilities, real estate, procurement, and vendor management activities
• Help maintain business licensing and regulatory documentation
• Cross-train across Enterprise Support Services to provide operational support and business continuity
• Build strong working relationships across departments while supporting organizational initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, healthcare administration, procurement, facilities, or corporate operations
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
