ACG_2692_JOB Our client is a leading visa services company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Develop and implement corporate security policies, procedures and security frameworks in line with global standards and local regulations. Conduct regular security risk assessments across VACs and identify preventive measures and improvement areas. Oversee physical security systems, including access control, surveillance, security equipment and facility protection. Manage security operations, resources, manpower and budgets across multiple sites, ensuring effective and cost-efficient risk management. Lead incident response, crisis management, emergency drills and internal security investigations; ensure timely reporting and corrective actions. Oversee the secure transportation and handling of confidential documents and sensitive business information. Ensure compliance with information security, data protection, security contracts and applicable legal requirements. Develop and deliver security awareness and safety training for employees and security teams. Monitor political and security developments, assess potential business impact and proactively advise Operations on emerging risks. Manage relationships with government authorities, local agencies, security vendors and other external stakeholders. Monitor security KPIs, service levels and contractual requirements; prepare regular reports and MIS updates for management. Partner with Operations and HR on corporate governance, business continuity and operational resilience initiatives. Continuously review security best practices and recommend process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration or a related field; relevant security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, CISSM) are an advantage. 6–10 years of experience in corporate, government or military security, with proven experience managing security across multiple sites. Strong knowledge of physical security, risk assessment, incident/crisis management and business continuity. Experience managing security teams, vendors, resources and budgets. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. Fluent English communication; Vietnamese proficiency is highly preferred. Experience in a professional, multinational or service-oriented environment is strongly preferred. High level of integrity, analytical thinking, attention to detail and sound decision-making. Willingness to work on-site and travel within the region when required, including responding to security incidents outside regular working hours.
