Administration Support
- Manage and maintain all legal records in a centralized storage system promptly.
- Research and analyze law sources such as statutes, articles etc.
- Gather, summarize and analyze data for legal cases, requests etc.
- Draft and prepare legal documents for lawyers.
- Compile and prepare draft discovery responses.
- Coordinate requests between various parties.
- Prepare and file all court documents.
- Manage external stakeholders engaged; review and coordinate with the legal team regarding summons, complaints, motions, court proceedings etc.
Business Services
- Support Finance in preparation of official documents e.g. banking power of attorneys, bank mandates, board resolutions etc.
- Assist Finance in various matters in relation monies such as collections of claims, liquidations etc.
- Support other functions in acquiring and renewal of licenses e.g. I P, trademarks, stamp duties etc.
Secretarial Duties
- Prepare, organize and maintain all corporate records in accordance to the applicable laws and regulations in the respective country/region.
- Ensure all statutory fillings are completed accurately and timely.
- Prepare, arrange and notify respective parties for board meetings; disseminate agendas and take minutes.
- Follow up with respective parties for signing of official documents.
- Draft board resolutions and consents. Review and recommend board members/officers for annual elections.
- Take charge for all new entities incorporation and closure of existing entities.
- Handle confidential correspondences; disseminate information to respective stakeholders.
- Support in other ad-hoc matters from time-to-time e.g. restructuring etc.
