Job Description

About Zoku

Ready to redefine hospitality? Zoku Copenhagen is not your typical hotel. We are a hybrid hospitality concept designed for international professionals who want to live, work, and connect in a city for days, weeks, or even months. With our award winning Loft concept and vibrant rooftop spaces, we bring together business travelers and the local community in a way that feels natural, inspiring, and efficient. To strengthen our commercial presence in Copenhagen, we’re looking for a proactive Corporate Sales & Partnership Manager who knows the local Copenhagen market, thrives on building relationships, and is confident in proactively developing new business opportunities.

About the Role

This is a highly proactive, commercial role at the heart of our business. As our Corporate Sales & Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for growing Zoku Copenhagen’s B2B network and driving revenue across our Lofts and meeting & event spaces. Your focus will be on building a strong local corporate base, generating new business, and creating long-term partnerships. You are the "CEO of your own territory," identifying opportunities before they reach an RFP stage and turning conversations into contracts. You don’t wait for the CRM to beep, you are out in the market, making things happen.

What You’ll Do

Corporate Sales & Business Development

  • Build, manage, and grow your own portfolio of corporate clients across key industries (tech, consulting, creative, relocation, etc.).

  • Negotiate and close Corporate Rate Agreements to secure consistent high-volume weekday occupancy.

  • Proactively generate new leads through cold outreach, networking, and face-to-face meetings.

  • Identify high-potential accounts and convert them into long-term partnerships.

  • Conduct engaging site visits and deliver tailored proposals that reflect Zoku’s unique concept.

  • Follow up on indirect channels and convert them into direct relationships.

Local Market Activation

  • Actively target key business districts and corporate hubs in Copenhagen.

  • Build strong relationships with TMCs, relocation agencies, and event organizers.

  • Represent Zoku at networking events, trade fairs, and local business communities.

  • Spot opportunities linked to city-wide events, conferences, and corporate developments.

Meeting & Events Pipeline

  • Generate demand for our rooftop meeting and event spaces.

  • Position Zoku as the ideal venue for offsites, retreats, and future-of-work gatherings.

  • Work closely with the M&E team to ensure a strong and consistent pipeline.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Manage your pipeline effectively using Salesforce as our CRM.

  • Work closely with the Director of Sales and General Manager on strategy and performance.

  • Sell the Zoku concept and value proposition, focusing on experience and long-term partnerships over price driven sales.

  • Stay up to date with Copenhagen market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or B2B commercial roles.

  • Strong knowledge of the Copenhagen market and local business landscape.

  • A proactive, hands-on hunter mentality.

  • Confidence in building relationships from scratch and closing deals.

  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to prioritize high-value opportunities.

  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English. To open doors in Copenhagen, you are fully integrated in the local B2B market.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Ownership & Outreach: You don’t wait for leads; you generate them yourself through a high level of ownership and proactive outreach.

  • The ‘Hunter’ Spirit: You love being out in Copenhagen’s business districts, building a network from scratch.

  • Value-Based Selling: You position Zoku as a solution for modern companies, not just a bed for the night.

  • Energy with Structure: A high-energy ‘people person’ with the discipline to follow through and close deals.

  • Impact-Driven: You take pride in moving the needle on weekday occupancy and revenue.

What We Offer

  • A dynamic role with real ownership and impact.

  • The opportunity to shape Zoku Copenhagen’s commercial success.

  • A collaborative, international, and entrepreneurial team.

  • A unique product that stands out in the hospitality market.

  • DSB Erhvervskort (Tax free transportation ticket).

  • A market conform salary package in accordance with experience and know-how incl. pension scheme, health insurance.

  • A performance-linked bonus scheme that rewards your 'hunter' results.

Zoku

About Zoku

Zoku provides a home for business travelers and remote workers who want to live and work in a city for a few days to a few months. We’re a new type of business hotel offering a relaxed place to live, cowork, and socialize – while wiring you into the local scene. Here's everything you need to know about us:

THE END OF THE HOTEL ROOM

Sleep, work, dine, repeat: all from your own private Zoku Loft.

Bye-bye traditional hotel rooms. We did 150 interviews with our target audience and made 6 different prototypes to create the award-winning Zoku Loft: a spacious micro apartment designed for living comfortably and working efficiently.

In a regular hotel room or studio apartment, the bed always dominates. In the Zoku Loft, the big kitchen table serves as a focal point, shifting the center of the space from the bed to the living room. Now you have a truly livable home to explore Paris and work abroad for as long as you want.

ROOFTOP MEETING ROOMS & EVENT SPACES

Say goodbye to boring conference rooms and dull events. Our rooftop meeting venue is designed to fuel connections, spark ideas, and drive productivity. All of our meeting rooms are flooded with natural light and have amazing views overlooking the city.

On top of this, our friendly team of Sidekicks is on hand to help with whatever you may need, whether that’s providing delicious food and drinks from our on-site restaurant or helping you book an overnight stay in a Loft. Host a brainstorm session, networking event, presentation, or workshop, we can do it all!

COWORKING & COMMUNITY

Join a coworking community where everyone knows your name. Tons of natural light? Check! Inspiring spaces with friendly people? Double check! Discover our rooftop coworking spaces on the top floor of every Zoku. We offer Day Passes (with delicious lunch) and monthly coworking memberships.
