Purpose of the role

• Strengthen Japanese Corporate global market sales business in Seoul

• Contribute to achieve profit target etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan business strategy, execute FX and derivatives transactions, find customers’ market risks, and provide financial solutions to JC customers to enhance revenue of JC sales in Seoul branch

• Achieve the FX and derivatives profit target of JC Sales in Seoul branch

• Provide market information to customers, analyze market risks based on customer financial statements and client businesses, provide solutions by our products, execute transactions with customers, and after-sales follow-up, etc.

• Deeply understand internal and external rules, regulations, compliance, and related risks and carry out the business

• Global Markets Sales activity specific to Japanese Clients. (Global Markets Department)

• Communicate directly with Japanese Corporate clients to promote FX and interest rate derivatives products to help clients achieve risk management objectives

• Build and maintain customer relationship by phone, emails and face-to-face meetings including analytical market updates, macro economic views, product information and strategy advice

• Create bespoke analysis on clients’ exposures and advise on the most efficient/effective ways of mitigating or eliminating exposures and risks

• Execute client trades with quickness and accuracy

• Collaborate with internal partners in other Sales, Trading, Banking team and others to ensure holistic solutions are delivered to clients

• Prepare presentations, market reports, management reports and other special projects, and provide thoughtful, analytical, and creative content

• Manage internal operational and administrative matters in the team

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree

• Graduates are welcome to apply

• Fluent business English communication skills

• Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure and time management skills required

• Patience, strong will to learn and adapt

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• (Preferred qualifications) Knowledge and experience in FX and derivatives

• Japanese proficiency will be a great advantage but not required
