This role shall be looking at Sales for our Human Capital & Performance Division. Marcus Evans Professional Training is a truly global provider of training and learning solutions to the worlds leading companies. Our course catalogue fulfils technical and high skilled training requirements through our vocation based courses as well as meeting broader personal and leadership development requirements through our soft-skills based courses.
Through our unrivalled connections across all industry sectors we boast a network of internationally recognised trainers that deliver a unique blend of practical experience and a proven pedigree for engaging training delivery. We deliver sector-focused training through up-to the minute, practical and interactive courses, tailored to the specific requirements of industry practitioners. Our clients’ demand for high quality and sector-focused public and in-company training is met by developing courses through extensive direct research with industry practitioners; ensuring that our courses are directly applicable to trainees current business challenges.
This is an on-site role in our Karachi office. Working hours will follow UK market, 11am – 8pm
Key Requirements
Sell access to our conferences in the EU market to senior decision makers from MNCs through cold calling, email and social media.
You will work closely with senior decision-makers from the world’s largest and most innovative institutions, matching their requirements with our uniquely tailored trainings.
Lead generation: building and maintaining a healthy prospecting pool.
Keeping an organized record of sales activity and pipeline.
Manage relationships with attendees after the sale and secure rebooks.
Work as a team player, upholding company policies and contributing to a positive working environment.
Qualifications
English speaker (C1 level).
This is a junior role, experience between 1 to 2 years should be suffice.
Excellent communication skills.
Track record of achievement and success.
A passion for learning and self-improvement.
Self-motivated and positive with a desire to succeed.
Tenacious and persistent in overcoming challenges.
Proficiency in additional languages and sales experience are preferable but not a requirement.
