Job Description

Company Background:

Our client is a well-established HRDF registered company, specializing in training solutions and professional development services, looking for Corporate Sales Executive to join their team, based at Kuala Lumpur (office is located nearby MRT Ampang Park).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate and HR training sector
  • Pitch and present in-house and public training programs to HR and L&D decision-makers
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sales relationship
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts based on client needs
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Collaborate with trainers and program managers to align sales with program offerings
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales (preferably in training, HR solutions, or professional services)
  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related discipline
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, and target-oriented
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Own transport is an added advantage (for client meetings)

Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
