An exciting opportunity awaits!

We currently have an opportunity for a Corporate Sales Administrator to join our Corporate Sales team in our Pembina location! The Corporate Sales Administrator seeks to assist the Corporate Sales Team with delivering exceptional member service and ensuring sound decision-making by preparing and providing information related to member accounts.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and reception support to the Corporate Sales Team, including greeting members, managing inquiries, and notifying Account Managers of arrivals
  • Complete administrative tasks such as, document scanning, electronic filing, and tracking, recording, and assigning requests
  • Process member information updates, including address changes and Know Your Member (KYM) documentation
  • Support business lending and service activities through data entry for credit card applications, appointment scheduling, monthly monitoring reports, annual reviews, and the Loans Origination System
  • Perform credit investigations, security inspections, file retrieval, and searches as required
  • Manage mail, courier, and document movement, including preparing daily courier bags and coordinating deliveries to branches
  • Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies; coordinate basic office logistics and maintenance requests
  • Prepare boardrooms and support internal meetings and events
  • Represent the Pembina Charity Committee, supporting committee activities, communication, and coordination as required
  • Maintain knowledge of SCU’s products and services and deliver a needs-based service aligned with SCU’s service delivery model
  • Support business development and teamwork through service excellence and provide additional support as required

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 diploma, plus 1 to 3 years of job-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Business acumen
  • Working knowledge of financial accounting principles and lending policies and regulatory environments would be considered an asset
  • Software proficiency with Microsoft and Outlook would also be considered an asset
