The Role

Our CRB business is one of the world’s largest insurance brokers and risk advisory firms. We help clients ranging from industry specific businesses to multinational corporations to understand, assess and manage their risks. CRB is also a hugely varied part of our business, with a specialist team like Corporate and Global, you’ll become a client-facing ambassador for our full suite of services – helping deliver insurance solutions to clients across a wide range of industries, including Power, Energy, Utilities, Mining and Construction industries.

This role will see you building your technical understanding and knowledge through hands-on involvement in meaningful work assignments and projects. Working with and learning from experienced colleagues, you’ll:

  • Develop your understanding of client servicing by supporting day‑to‑day account team operations and ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality service in Singapore
  • Collaborate with Specialty, Claims and Engineering, Risk & Analytics (ER&A) colleagues to support client servicing and strengthen network office connections
  • Support the team with day‑to‑day account management, including new business, renewals, credit control monitoring, claims tracking and coordination tasks
  • Develop your understanding of client risk profiles and coordinate with Specialty colleagues and insurance carriers to deliver fit-for-purpose insurance programs
  • Research and monitor market conditions, sharing insights with clients to support informed decisions
  • Manage client account issues by resolving problems in a timely manner and escalating appropriately when needed
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with Sales colleagues to increase the probability of successfully securing the risk advisory and broker appointment
  • Connect with the wider CRB team to understand the full range of our value proposition
  • Ensure compliance with WTW best practices and Insurance Commission regulations
  • Develop your understanding of other solutions under WTW’s Health, Wealth & Career to facilitate referral of client requirements involving non-CRB solutions
  • Performs other duties as assigned

The Requirements

  • To be focused on building a career in the insurance and risk management industry

  • To be a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university

  • A commitment to working towards a Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification

  • A track record of demonstrating leadership skills while at school and university

  • Strong time management skills

  • To be independent and self-motivated

  • The ability to work well in a team environment
