How you will contribute

Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, identifying business opportunities and delivering tailored banking solutions;
Build trusted, long-term partnerships with clients and become their go-to advisor for financial and banking needs;
Expand the client portfolio by identifying, approaching and converting new business opportunities;
Analyze clients' financial performance and business needs to propose suitable financing and banking solutions;
Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth and value creation;
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and customized solutions for clients;
Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements and risk management standards;
Contribute to the achievement of business targets, portfolio growth and customer satisfaction objectives.

What will help you be successful

University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
Relevant sales experience within financial or banking institutions, particularly in the SME and Corporate segments;
Strong knowledge of banking products and services, as well as the financial market;
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, key financial indicators and financial analysis;
Excellent relationship-building, sales and negotiation skills;
High level of energy, enthusiasm and self-motivation;
Proactive approach to developing and strengthening client relationships;
Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
