What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate or in-house setting

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with a passion for recruiting and talent acquisition
• Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
• Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen.
