Scope of Position

Corporate Recruiter II : Leads complex, niche, and high - volume hiring efforts by independently owning

hard - to - fill roles and delivering scalable recruiting solutions for major projects or regions. This role

develops and executes advanced sourcing strategies in talent - limited market s while driving key Talent

Acquisition initiatives such as veterans hiring, market partnerships, and referral programs. The Corporate

Recruiter II solves hiring challenges creatively, influences TA strategy beyond assigned requisitions, and

strengthens ove rall recruiting effectiveness through thought leadership and results - driven execution.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide consultative search recruiting services; including research, market intelligence, sourcing,
• candidate development and assessment, advising clients and offer negotiations .
• Network continuously and pipelin e to identify talent for current openings as well as potential
• future needs .
• Development and execution of diversity plans and overall talent acquisition strategies .
• Develops and manages full cycle recruiting; recruit, screen and recommended placement of staff
• actively .
• Coordinate advertising efforts in conjunction with staffing requirements to include trade
• publications, websites, social media, company website and other avenues.
• Maintains clear communication with all applicants, answering any questions as it pertains to the
• job being filled and applicant status
• Works with Manager - Talent Acquisition to understand candidate requirements and create
• projected forecasts to assist in future hiring needs
• Ensure candidate flow to meet and exceed hiring goals
• Support the team with planning and participation of hiring events
• Create strategic sourcing plans to address the number of open requisitions
• Successfully owns hard - to - fill roles
• Leads high - volume hiring for major projects or regions
• Develops sourcing strategies for talent - limited markets
• Leads TA initiatives (veterans hiring, market partnerships, referrals)

Education & Years of Experience

Corporate Recruiter II: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four - year College or university; and a minimum 3

years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

• Must have an ability and desire to stay abreast of market conditions and industry trends
• Previous successful track record of sourcing candidates from multiple channels
• Ability to use innovative techniques to meet fluctuating staffing demands within the business
• Experience with HR technologies such as applicant tracking systems, HRIS, performance
• management is preferred. PHR or SPHR certification a plus.
• Strong sense of urgency, drive and passion to take ownership of all projects.
• Strong organizational skills and must be detail oriented.
• Ability to multi - task and prioritize.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, team members may be required to visit alternate locations, and

therefore must have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to do so. This position requires the ability to stand,

walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipul ate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10 - 50 pounds.

Requires good hand - eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual

acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The team member is

frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
