Nexus Health Systems is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to support the recruitment of exceptional healthcare professionals and corporate staff across our network. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering with operational leaders to attract top talent who are committed to delivering outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical, non-clinical, and corporate positions.
  • Recruit for a variety of healthcare roles including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), Patient Care Assistants (PCAs), Respiratory Therapists (RTs), Case Managers, Therapy Services, Pharmacy, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Mental Health Technicians, and corporate support positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional associations, employee referrals, career fairs, and networking events.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with organizational values and position requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, facilitate the offer process, and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand healthcare positions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and healthcare hiring regulations.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Promote Nexus Health Systems as an employer of choice through exceptional candidate engagement and employer branding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with healthcare recruitment strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting clinical, behavioral health, and allied health professionals is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
