Our HR & Recruitment team consists of seven colleagues, including a Head of People and Organization, HR Officers, an Office manager, and two Corporate Recruiters. You will combine working independently with close collaboration within the team, with knowledge sharing and alignment at the core of how we work. As a scale-up, AFS offers a lot of freedom to take on recruitment projects and develop yourself in the direction you want to grow.
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process. You will be the point of contact for hiring managers, build relationships with candidates, and keep a close eye on the progress of ongoing processes. You will also contribute to strategic recruitment projects and help strengthen AFS as an employer of choice.
Your responsibilities will include:
Owning the full recruitment process from A to Z, from writing job postings to guiding candidates through contract signing and preboarding
Actively maintaining candidate relationships and delivering a strong candidate journey
Building and managing relationships with external recruitment partners and educational institutions
Advising hiring managers on their recruitment needs and keeping them informed on ongoing processes
Contributing to projects such as Skill-Based Hiring and Employer Branding
Representing AFS as a key ambassador at relevant national and international events
Bachelor's level thinking and working
1 to 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, agency or in-house
32-40 hours per week, based in our Amsterdam office with 1 day working from home

Strong communication skills in English and Dutch
