Position: Corporate Recruiter
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:
As a Corporate Recruiter at West Shore Home, you will support the growth and operation of West Shore Home’s corporate departments through a series of tasks including, but not limited to sourcing, evaluation, phone screening of internal and external candidates, and facilitation hiring decisions for all assigned positions, including mid-level leadership roles in those departments.
Key Role Accountabilities:
• Manage all requisitions assigned by Corporate Recruiting Assistant Manager, specializing in those designated as ‘General Corporate’ by Talent Acquisition Leadership.
• Responsible for developing recruiting strategies to fill corporate requisitions in stratums I, II, and III.
• Utilize job boards to engage with passive and active job seekers, send in-mails, outreach messages, and sourcing qualified candidates.
• Responsible for managing the entire candidate life cycle.
• Accountable for meeting established key performance indicators (KPIs) designated by the Corporate Recruiting Assistant Manager and the Director of Talent Acquisition.
Must-Have Requirements:
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The company does not and will not sponsor employment visas.
• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate agency or corporate recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• A track record of success working in a KPI metric environment.
• Ability to communicate and present key data points to leadership both inside of Talent Acquisition group and the business.
• Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
