As a Recruiter, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across Hydromax USA—ranging from field operations to corporate and technical positions. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, build targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Your work directly supports team growth, project delivery, and our mission. You will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct intake meetings to clarify role requirements, success profiles, interview teams, and timelines
Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, veterans’ organizations, and targeted outreach
Screen candidates for qualifications, interest, and alignment with HUSA values; present calibrated shortlists to hiring managers
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and debriefs; guide managers on structured, compliant evaluation practices
Manage offers in partnership with HR/Comp; facilitate smooth pre-hire handoffs (background, drug screen, DOT where applicable)
Maintain accurate, timely ATS data and pipelines; report on time-to-fill, candidate quality, and funnel flow
Drive candidate experience excellence: clear communication, expectation setting, and timely follow-up
Support employer branding initiatives, events, and talent community engagement (e.g., veterans job fairs)
Recommend process improvements to increase throughput, quality, and compliance

Qualifications and Skills
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency); utilities, construction, field services, or skilled trades recruiting a plus
1+ year of experience Paycom ATS, job boards, and Microsoft 365
Proven ability to source hard-to-find talent and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and data hygiene in an ATS
Familiarity with structured interviewing, EEO/AA and applicable employment laws
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
